Reflective Narrative
4.1 In JAPN 403: Pre-Capstone, we were taught how to find English scholarly articles relating to our Capstone. We used tools such as the CSUMB library database, which helped us find both online articles and hardcopy sources.
4.2 In JAPN 404: Advanced Japanese for Presentational Communication, we learned how to write academically in Japanese. We also learned how to read Japanese graphs and charts while studying academic phrases to better understand Japanese articles.
4.3 In JAPN 403, we created an online survey in both English and Japanese through Google Forms that we then dispersed to American and Japanese people via social media. These surveys can be found in my Capstone Project page here. After collecting a total of 80 respondents' information I then analyzed the results and fit them into the project results.
